Team Building Activities
• On Board™ Sailing
ONBOARD™ Sailing accelerates corporate teambuilding activities by transforming groups of executives and professionals into high-performance teams able to master a highly complex and demanding operation—sailing a racing yacht. Program participants actually set sail with a professional crew who teach the basic skills needed to sail a top-flight racing yacht. The excursion’s emphasis is not on building skilled sailors, but, rather, on creating a unified team that can effectively work together in a challenging environment.
SynergyGolf™ was created and developed by one of our associates, Joe Gandolfo, M.A. This program uses the game of golf to build and reinforce skills essential to success in corporate business: leadership, decision-making, communication, trust and team synergy. This unique and highly creative program integrates and leverages two worlds – an interactive learning experience on a golf course with team building.
• Low-Ropes Obstacle Course
Our Low-Ropes Obstacle course promotes teamwork and collaboration. Participants work together and share ideas to work through various obstacles which may involve ropes, cables, and logs. Our qualified consultants promote valuable interpersonal skills while working on team skills, such as problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, communication, and trust.
• Culinary Excursion
This program is the perfect activity for any executive team who wants to get to know each other and work in a very different setting – a professional kitchen! With the help of culinary instructors, the team has the opportunity to cook its own three-course gourmet meal – together – and then savor the results. This activity is perfect after any strategy or business meeting when the team wants to experience another form of teamwork.
• Scavenger Hunts
During our customized Scavenger Hunt, your team will be immersed in a challenging, clue-solving adventure – in an historical park, on the streets of an urban area, or even on the beach! Along the way, participants explore vital team-related issues such as brainstorming, problem-solving, time management, team communication, style differences, cooperation (vs. competition), and adapting to change and innovation. Plus, your team will have a great time doing it!
• Taiko Drums
This interactive program brings fun to your team and gives them the opportunity to bond with each other while experiencing the Odaiko New England performing group that weaves the traditional elements of taiko drumming with contemporary multi-cultural influences to create a dynamic and interactive experience that builds community from diversity
